Welcome to the website for the Village of Germantown community engagement program!
Over the spring and summer of 2026, the Village of Germantown will gather public input about future land use and development within an area of the Village known as the “Village Center District” as established in the 2050 Comprehensive Plan. This engagement effort will focus on the possible redevelopment of specific properties owned by the Village and other privately-owned properties (see details in the Project Overview webpage). Input gathered through all the various activities in this community engagement effort will help determine the Village’s next steps toward any redevelopment of these properties, as well as the future of the overall Village Center District.
